The Hotel of the domaine
The 4-star Hotel: Elegance and Character
At the heart of the estate, a manor farm built between the 17th and 19th centuries is home to our 4-star hotel. Clad in the light-coloured stone typical of the rural architecture of the Plain, this 19 room hotel has retained the feel of a family home. Each room is enhanced by period Norman furniture, antique finds and carefully selected works of art, creating an atmosphere that is both elegant and warm.
The estate’s team looks after its guests with discretion and care, ensuring that every moment becomes an invitation to slow down.

Open every day, from breakfast to bistronomic dinner, the Chez Arsène restaurant welcomes you into a wood-panelled dining room, adorned with vintage finds and filled with a warm, friendly atmosphere.
The menu changes with the seasons and according to the region’s organic producers. Every day, Chez Arsène offers 4 starters, 4 main courses and 4 desserts. As lovers of our local area, we carefully select organic and local produce, the fruit of the passionate labour of small regional producers. The organic beef and veal come directly from the estate’s farm, whilst the biodynamic wines are sourced from committed winegrowers.
